    Dorian really went above and beyond for me on my last visit. I bought a certified used certified Cadillac from Sewell, however they treat me the same as a new car buyer. I have gotten some things fixed under warranty, no disputes, no hassle, they even found something I didn't and fixed that too. They always give me a free loaner car, and when I had to return the car due to a problem after the last service, they even drove my car to me in the Woodlands and picked up the loaner car. I drive from Austin to get my service done here because the level of service has been that high. Thanks Sewell

    They have deceptive practices. I called them for a basic service, they asked my phone number, make and model to confirm, they have it in their system, gave me a price, I brought my car in and after that they charged me more than what they told me at the beginning.

    Marie Ann lacks customer service ethics, Responsiveness is poor. Mr. Fuentes at the front desk. This is not a Popeyes drive-through. You should carry yourself as a Sewell employee trough every aspect and interaction with the customers, perhaps you should read Mr. Sewells’s book again? The customer service that I received this time was poor both from the service advisor who lacked communication attention to detail and service experience and the young lad, Mr. Fuentes. When people start getting comfortable at work, they develop the habit of not caring for the customer. This was a perfect example of it. At Sewell service manager, ensure your employers are getting a refreshment on customer service ethics.

    I called on the phone and asked about the economical Escalade, and they told me that people who really have money only look for the most expensive Cadillacs, so they didn't sell cheap Cadillacs.
