- EFEric FOct 20, 20255.0First time to visit Sewell, who knew a dealership service experience could be so wonderful. This team is doing it right and wins the dealer service award by a landslide. Super friendly and efficient check-in process, felt like the red carpet was rolled out for us. A check engine light had us worried we would miss out on our weekend plans but our service advisor Justin offered us a loaner vehicle without our even asking. We were told to not worry about tolls, they too would be taken care of. On return, I pulled into the service garage and by the time I walked inside, Justin was standing in the hall, welcomed me by name, shook my hand, handed me my paperwork (still warm from the printer), then wished me a nice week. Less than 5 minutes and I was on my way. Other dealerships should be worried, Sewell is not even in your league... I will be back when it's time for a new vehicle.
