  Would not recommend. Damaged my camera during installation. Spent 6 hours waiting for installation multiple windshields. I still do not have camera repaired and safelight is not accepting responsibility for damage eventhough camera worked before they changed the windshield.

  Traveling from out of state. And 1st it was going to be a 2 day wait. When I explained my circumstances Chris was willing to fast track me and got me at the end of the day. How grateful I am for his open minded viewing and consideration. Great experience.

  Safelite install a new windshield in my Tesla and did a fabulous job. Everything from the online appt, customer service, and technicians work was great. And teslas are notoriously difficult to install and calibrate a new windshield, tying it into the onboard cameras. Great job Safelite!! I’d give 10 stars if I could!!

  Very disappointed, regarding the service I received from Safelite AutoGlass through insurance during a recent rear glass replacement on my vehicle. After the technician completed the installation, I noticed that the paint on the molding around the rear glass had been chipped. When I brought this to the technician’s attention, he responded that he “didn’t know” what caused it but stated he would notify his manager. I waited approximately 3 hours for a follow-up call from the manager but did not receive any communication. As a result, I went directly to the shop to address the issue in person. I spoke with the manager Lenny, and showed him the damage. However, he was unwilling to take responsibility or provide a reasonable resolution. This situation is unacceptable for several reasons: The damage occurred during service performed by your technician. There was a clear lack of accountability and professionalism. Communication from management was inadequate and required me to follow up in person. I entrusted Safelite with my vehicle expecting professional service and care, especially given the value of my BMW X7. Instead, my vehicle was returned with visible damage and no resolution offered. Today safety and quality manager Jason came to inspect the issue same as well didn't want to take responsibility and provide resolution. Poor customer service...

  This company was recommended to me by a friend. However, I had a disappointing experience. My initial appointment was cancelled by the shop and was never made aware by the shop or the technician, Jordan. I waited my entire 5 hour window to never hear from either the shop or technician. I had to reach out to customer care to be told the shop cancelled my appointment. They suddenly rescheduled my appointment without asking if I was available that specific day. There was absolutely no communication. The technician that actually showed up, April, was extremely unprofessional and rude. Responded annoyed with any question I asked. Did not seem like she knew what she was doing, she worsened the damage on my windshield after increasing the pressure on the machine and simply shrugged her shoulders. She then put away her supplies and left. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend.
