I had my windshield replaced on my 2021 Acura RDX by Safelite, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The team was extremely professional, handling everything quickly and efficiently. From the start, they were very kind confirming my appointment and sending multiple reminders beforehand. The work itself was flawless; the installation was so clean that once I got back into my car, I couldn’t even tell the windshield had been replaced. Overall, fast, professional, and attentive service. Highly recommended!

Great service. Debris hit my windshield and caused a star like crack. Made an appointment, got there an hour early and asked if they could work on it earlier than my appointment, they went ahead and started right away. The technician walked me out to my truck and explained the process in detail. After they were done with the repair the technician again walked me out to my truck to show me the repair and explained what I could and couldn't not do for the first few hours, excellent customer service. The front desk attendant was very courteous, friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend this location.

I am really disappointed in the service at this location. After my windshield replacement my car smelled like hemp or Marijuana. I saw the technician smoking, so I know it was the black guy who drives that black Nissan. He needs to be tested for drugs. I had to pay $150 to get a detailed interior clean. It reek of Marijuana. Yall just hire anyone. And I've sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. And I'm going to reach out to corporate At Saflite Repair

Scheduled a mobile rear glass replacement. Tech was supposed to arrive between 8am and 12 noon. At the time of this review it’s past noon and there have been no updates on my account online, I haven’t gotten a call from the tech. I’ve been on the phone with I’m assuming the corporate call center now for 30 minutes, got hung up on the first time (as much as I wanted to be unpleasant I was not rude or mean) and now have someone else on the line who is apparently trying to find out what is going on with my tech. No way to track things?? Additionally they are not very good at verifying insurance benefits because they have obviously had ample time to do so and haven’t, and somehow with my $500 deductible when I told them not to go through my insurance my out of pocket costs went down? For as big of a company as safelite is you would think that they would have things more streamlined and better processes and procedures. Been on the phone for 45 minutes now. Reminder I got hung up on the first time (wasn’t even rude at that point, stuff happens, but still hung up on). Probably the last 20 I’ve been on hold while the customer support tried to get in contact with the shop. What is making it so hard for them to get a hold of the local shop? I really don’t understand how you can drop the ball this hard as an established, “reputable” business.

Avoid wasting your time - they will call and confirm your appointment and send emails on top of calls for you to get there and the glass needed be unavailable. Not once but twice. I would have already had my windshield replaced by now had I just gone elsewhere. I understand things happen, but twice is ridiculous and to not value customer time makes it worth looking elsewhere for service. Super disappointing. Less follow up emails and calls and more attention to details would have made for a better experience. Suffice it to say. I have cancelled because I would have been questioning technician skills based on what transpired on the front end. This is how business’ lose business.
