  AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH MANAGER REGGIE!!! being that he has had bad reviews for almost 5 years on google I don't understand how he hasn't been fired. I'll start by saying, Reggie provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced and on top of that he overpriced the sale to match the exact amount I was approved for via the finance program ($2717) once I told him how much I was approved for he started whispering to the girl behind the desk and doing calculations on his phone (funny math) I gave $600 in cash up front. I ASK FOR A BREAK DOWN OF PRICES 3 TIMES AND HE DECLINED TO PROVIDE ONE, he said they don't do that. he said I was charged for tires and rims plus mounting, sensors, alignment and lug nuts. needing the tires immediately I moved forward with the deal. after installation I inspected the tires and rims in the parking lot and found a chip on one rim, when I go back inside and asked him to come look he sighed deeply as if annoyed and came out to look, he then told me to give him 3 days to replace. that was Saturday he texted me shortly after saying to come in Monday. After doing my own research over the weekend PER RAW WEBSITE the rims I purchased cost $315x4=$1260 tires per site are $216.67x4=866.68 sensors per site are $140 for the set of 4. PER RAW website mounting balancing and alignment come free with purchase of a tire rim set. so, let's do the math....... $1260+$866.68+$140=$2266.68 now add Texas sales tax at 8.25% = $187+2266.68=$2453.68. so why was I charged $2717? maybe the lug nuts? but that means they cost $263.32 for cheap amazon lug nuts? well, I figured let me give him another chance to explain this. when I showed up Monday (I asked the installer Miguel I believe was his name if they charge for balancing mounting and lug nuts?) his response was "no that should come with your rim and tire purchase free" I allowed them to change the rim and tire which I have to give them credit for was not a super long process on either day. once done I went back in with my OWN BREAK DOWN I made from the raw website. I asked Reggie if he had a moment to talk and I showed him my numbers, his response was "I don't know where you got those numbers from" well obviously Reggie if you wouldn't give them to me, I had to use your website...... he then proceeded to ask me how much I was charged (cause he couldn't find it in system) I did not tell him, he proceeded to use his phone calculator (funny math) to give me a verbal update of prices but declined to write them himself on the receipt. This is what he told me I was charged. RIMS $385 each x4= $1540 Tires $150 each x4= $600 sensors $208 balance/mounting $60 alignment $90 lug nuts $70 1 year rim insurance $80 (which he never explained or mentioned to me at point of sale) So, let's do the math... $1540+$600+$208+$90+$70+$80=$2588 + 8.25% ($213.51) Texas sales tax=TOTAL 2801.51 which still doesn't add up to the total i was charged $2717 because he was doing funny math off the top of his head and his phone, he could no longer keep the numbers straight. I took my notes, said thank you and walked out. I won't lower myself to that level of ignorance. people lie, but numbers don't. my curiosity with the situation led me to call rent a wheel corporate in California, where I was told by a very professional very customer service inclined gentleman that I indeed was over-charged. mounting and balancing comes free with all purchases INCLUDING FINANCED TRANSACTIONS. alignment is NOT charged for as it is a VOUCHER that comes with your purchase of a tire & rim set. and all prices should match their NATIONWIDE WEBSITE. the nice young man said I'd be getting a call from Jamal Hamilton the district manager for the Houston area. I look forward to speaking with him. 😊 no big deal, I know he needs it more than I do. pennies to a pimp

  And its crazy because now im in my driveway on 1 flat tire and the other almost flat. That's why I needed tires also I missed work for the past 2 days.. Thanks alot. And they are so disrespectful

  They approved me. I had my bank statements,DL,phone bill and the manager said that was not enough proof of identification of my residence and identification. Even though I had paid the app fee and then some to be ahead of payments. And all 5 of my references verified cleverly question asked about me and my location of residence and job work place for verification. And I even had them ordered to the store and was there to pick them up. I said enough is enough. I dont know what your trying to do but I feel like I was being mocked and or being based off of bias reasons. I dont approve of this in anyway and I will never go back to shop there. Also inwas going to get another set of 4 tires on top of the four inwas there to get. But they will never have my buisness with them. NO THANK YOU
