  Great experience, they were doing a free car wash promotion. Vacuum suctions were strong and moist towels are provided for your dashboard and interior. Customer service was great, there was a woman there who was very friendly and made the experience 10 times better than it already was, I didn’t catch her name, but she mentioned she lived in Clearlake and she’s pretty with black hair and a long ponytail. Friendly representatives, no matter where I go always will make me come back regardless of the price, even though the price is here are hard to beat. My only suggestion is to provide an option where rubber mats can be pressure washed. Great service overall.

  really disappointed experience. i fell for the free wash. both my wife and i used the free wash this week. after we got it done we noticed our license plates had been damaged and twisted. the reason why this place offers such cheap washing is because they have cheap crap machines. avoid this place is our suggestion. not worth the damage. i’m also sure there were some scratches on the car but the license plate being twisted is unacceptable. additionally the wash is not entirely dry. i’m sure they use cheap or defective machines. again you’ll find out for yourself. also no accusations but if you dig a little further on the reviews- a lot of them are a little sus.

  ZAL deserves more than 5 stars — this place is easily a 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I pulled in, everything was smooth, fast, and professional. The staff had great energy, super friendly, and actually cared about doing a good job instead of just rushing cars through. My car came out looking brand new — spotless, shiny, and way better than I expected. What really stands out is the consistency. No matter when you go, they deliver the same high-quality service every time. The vacuums are strong, the setup is clean, and the whole experience just feels efficient and worth it. If you’re thinking about going somewhere else, don’t. This is the spot. Easily one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had — they’ve definitely earned a loyal customer.

  First time visiting this new location. My car was especially dirty, so I had higher expectations going in. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to still see a noticeable amount of dirt left on the hood and trunk after the wash—there were visible streaks. To their credit, a staff member came by while I was wiping the car down and asked about my experience. When I pointed out the areas that weren’t cleaned well, they offered to let me go through the wash again, which I appreciated. However, I was already halfway done drying it myself, so I declined. I also mentioned to the staff that the air pressure in the complimentary airline seemed quite low and suggested it be increased. Overall, I appreciate the customer service and willingness to make it right. I’ll likely give them another try when my car isn’t quite as dirty and see if the results improve.
