  We love coming to quick quack car wash!! They are always so helpful and friendly! My kids love seeing the duck come across the windshield in the wash.

  Went there just to get the basic wash, the attendant told me they were doing a special for the highest tier wash for 20 dollars, however he did not mention he was signing me up for a monthly subscription and I did not agree to that. Now I’m out 40 dollars.

  This place is absolutely horrible First of all if all it didn’t even clean the car from the dirt and bugs which was very light none the less. It spread the bug and dirt across the windshield. Then it put scratches and marks across the window and bristle marks. the man at the front just doesn’t stop when trying to make me buy the membership and also we bought the ceramic most expensive wash and it was The exact same to the basic cheap car wash that they offer it’s just a marketing trick

  Tried quick quack again. I’ll take full ownership that we had just driven 3 hrs and therefore bugs and grime were on my car. I did the 27 dollar wash. I had to hand wipe my. Car after the wash. Bugs and grime still stuck all over my car. I won’t be back. I don’t expect it to be perfect, but this was a joke. Furthermore, the dude that take s your order is the most annoying (with the long hair) When I say NO I mean NO. I don’t want to feel harassed every time I go there. Can’t I just get a car wash and be done with it ? Legit worse experience. The car wash near Costco is legit. Not sure why I gave quick quack another try. I won’t be back.

  We paid for the highest package for brand new cars. both light color. they run super fast wash ,this does not give the chemicals to settle and do the job. it just drains and go with no use. when you enter the guiding rail, one staff will manually spray the driver side and before they reach the back , the system already drove in, so whatever they spray ,it is sprayed only on 1 side for sure. now comes the horrible part. their Tire shine spraying system sprays excessively the driver's side. after few miles above 40mph you will get melted rubber from the front tire dotting whole of the left side....yes you can wipe it. but that is acid melting you tire's rubber and if you keep washing at the same location ,the life of your tires will be for sure shorter. I am not talking few dots... it is lot. like when you drive over hot melting asphalt. I decided to talk to them and all they did is really quack....best we can do is cancel tire shine(i pay for it) or totally cancel your membership. I already can see some yellow dots on my white care which will never be out unless. I left a note on a post it to the manager or who ever is on the top of the biz. never called back. so if you keep running fast wash, spray only one side and damage cars then this business soon or later will run dry and the duck will have to go elsewhere....u can hide behind the fine print that you know well nobody reads.... this is for clear lake. it is the problem of the location not take my complaint seriously and open a claim.
