  My car won't start and I'm waiting for help and the employee told me they will call the police on me if I'm still here. But I'm a paying customer. Things happen why would you call the police. I haven't abandoned the car. I'm waiting for the mechanic. This is not right at all.

  If you have a full size truck skip this spot as it doesn't clean front and back. Not worth the cost, definitely will not utilize quick quick again.

  Been a memeber since 8 months since around the time they open why not brand new car wash okay cool. Ive paid on time every time. Y'all my payment is due today!! Why i got to get a car wash she says i cant get a wash after she open the gate and let me in because my payment is due today. I just got back from out of the country and my card has been flagged for fraud so i tell her ill update the payment in the morning.again my payment is due today loyal customer for 8 months okay. When yall was giving free car washes when we signed up so I as a loyal customer I couldnt get a car wash cause the payment is due literally today. When i told you ill pay tomorrowm not looking for a hand out but I've been paying the highest price $40 a month for 8 months and i cant get a wash becuase my payment is due today lol smdh. Its cool ill go down to blue wave where they dont scratch your car up and worker help dry your car off anyways. Replying to owner: again my membership was never canceled upon arrival why would i come that doesnt make since. Ok company policy is what again. If the membership is canceled no wash. My membership is not canceled and still is active lol. However again ill take my membership!! Elsewhere. So now gusss what? Yall would have to deactivate my membership 🤣. Yall dont make since. My bill was due that same day. I'll start a new membership somewhere else. Go ahead and cancel it and stop trying to get payment for April lol why because my membership is still ACTIVE!!! 😂

  Just pulled out. You guys could have told us all that the vacuums were down before charging me for a wash. That’s not getting my moneys worth. I want a full refund and corporate number isn’t able to help because I don’t have a membership. No I don’t have time to come back in an hour to vacuum
