    I almost never leave reviews but for this one I had to and the reason why is to warn current and future customers about their terrible customer service, the lies I was told let me explain… I’ve been a member of quick quak for over 3 years and I have me and my wife’s car which is a brand new 2023 RAV4 that she bought, never was in an accident, everything brand new and only has 20k miles…. One day she went thru the wash and her back wiper was ripped off, I told her to file a claim with a staff member and we go from there… the guy who filled out the claim in his tablet told her that the manager will call her in 3-5 days… this was a lie as all we got was email to confirm the claim she did, 4 days later she gets another email stating that her claim was denied due to “preexisting” conditions, the car is brand new, what pre existing condition are they talking about… I went in person the next day and talked to a dark skin lady with long braids, she told me that they would re-open the case and a manager would call me the next day.. that was a lie as I never received a call.. I called the corporate number just for the rep to hang up on me mid way thru my conversation… I sent email asking for proof of this “pre existing” condition that doesn’t exist and they said they would reopen my case, this was the second time they told me this, I go back to quick quak a couple of days later to speak with a manager named Daisy… she tells me the same thing, stating that they will reopen my case and get back to me tomorrow and it’s been almost 2 weeks with no response… I already cancelled my membership which I was paying $60 a month for 2 cars for over 3 years, the wiper only cost $39 and they are too chicken to give me a call back or response to this situation.. so they lost a customer for over 3 years and their $60 a month they got from me… I already contacted the BBB and filed a complaint, next I will go on twitter and tag the attorney general, BBB and some lawyers to see what are my options.. I wrote this review to say for old, current and new customers.. CANEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP!!! This company has already been sued denying claims w/o a reason or proof.. so why buy a new car and get a membership when Daisy and her goons refuse to give proper management skills to a paying customers… so if I was you guys definitely cancel your membership if you care about your car because if something gets damaged they will deny your claim and then re open it 3 times and never respond to you.. there are plenty of other car washes that are better than this place and better managers who actually don’t lie to customers straight in their face when it comes to something serious…

    Fantastic value and truly one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had. I love that they open early and stay open until 9 PM, which makes it so convenient no matter how hectic the day gets. The multi‑car discounts are a huge plus, and I’ve been consistently impressed with their service.

    Tire was burst during the car wash through their machine. They said incident report was filed and I will hear something and I got nothing so contacted customer service and they said to go the location to talk to manager so I went to the store and workers said they have no one here to help me with that(no lead/manager at office) and I would have to email the manger and I asked for manager office number they denied to give it to me so I have no clue what to do. Really bad customer service.

    First, let me start off by saying this is the worst car wash You could ever take your car to, so if you value your car, it will get damaged through the carwash and they have nothing but little kids that work there disrespectful. They charge my credit card $40 for a membership I do not want, I've tried to cancel it. They said they cannot give me my money back. They fraudulently went into my account and charged I'm gonna dispute it with my bank, but they have the worst customer service.Nothing but little 16-17-year-old kids.No manager, no customer service is just a fraudulent car Wash I don't know who owns it, but there's no way to reach anybody in the headquarters.They're also rude if you call the custom service number. Honestly they don't even deserve one star-1Star

    DO NOT GO!!!! Awful wash and poor customer service. This was not my first trying this place. I went before and was extremely disappointed but I decided to give them a chance again because I was nearby. This is the only picture I got but a lot of parts of my car were this way. No my car didn’t have mud or was in a sand storm. Just simple dirty with pollen. I paid for “extra soaps” as recommended by the staff member just to have this all around my car. Over $20. I went back and spoke to the staff to request if I could go back in for at least their basic cheap wash. Her response was that I should’ve got a membership so I could go in as many times as I’d like. I should not have to go more than once regardless of a membership or not. The service should at least fully clean my car!! I will continue to drive the extra 15 minutes to mister car wash where I have never had an issue. Not recommending this location or any location of Quick quack car wash to anyone!!!!
