  I had an absolutely amazing experience with Brian from NuBrakes! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, never made me feel rushed, and made sure I fully understood what was going on with my brakes. What really stood out was his honesty and patience he wasn’t just trying to get the job done, he genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable and confident in the service. On top of that, his work was efficient and thorough, and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. It’s not every day you come across someone who combines great customer service with real expertise, but Brian definitely does. I truly appreciate his help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing brake service. He made the whole experience easy and stress-free! I will definitely be using the service again.
