  I needed break pads and rotors. I got an estimate made an appointment. The day before they called to verify vin to make sure they got the parts necessary. Day of Edgar texted his eta 20 mins he arrived and showed the estimate that I'd received and verified the services I needed then he inspected the vehicle and verified that it was the service i needed. He also found i needed back pads but didn't try to push me to get them. I appreciated that. But I told him to go ahead and replace those too he amended the order gave me a good price. Then went straight to work. They were through in about an hour. He test drove it and all was good. Edgar was friendly and personable. It was a straightforward process. We had a little glitch with the payment link but he fixed it quickly, I paid and verified the work order was closed and we were done. I'm satisfied and will use them again. The price was very fair.

  Brian was very kind and informative in my free brake inspection I received for my oil change at Valvoline. He came out and got the job done and did an excellent job. Quick and efficient.

It is a real pleasure to work with someone that loves their job, and you can tell Tommy does by his attitude and the professional manner in the way he does his work.
