  I work in downtown Houston and a friend alerted me I had a flat. Called AAA and doesn’t know a Mini so he couldn’t find the spare so I had him air it up so I could get to a repair shop and thank goodness NTB is only a few blocks away and they took care of me quickly! Thanks to the manager on duty and big thanks to Chris who took care of me in minutes! Kudos Chris and thank you very much!

  Truly, the best team and services provider when it comes to helping fulfill any project. The care support and also diligence of this establishment exceed an expectations. I highly recommend them. They truly care about the people they help, which is priceless. I wish I could give more than five stars I would.

  I had a great experience at NTB. I went in because my tire pressure light came on, and they quickly found a nail in my tire. They patched it efficiently and didn’t try to upsell me on a new tire, which I really appreciated. Honest, fast, and helpful service like this is hard to come by. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Came in for rear brakes and rotors and walked away genuinely impressed. I spent a good chunk of my morning calling around to different shops in the area trying to find a fair price — NTB came in as one of the better rates I found, which already set the tone. What made it even better was that they got everything done same day, no runaround. Dr. Dray was the standout of the whole experience. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to walk me through what needed to be done and why. Even with the full scope of work involved, he made sure I landed at a price that felt fair. That combination of quality work and genuine customer care is hard to come by. Highly recommend this location, and if you can, ask for Dr. Dray. He’ll take care of you.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  Came into this shop 2 weeks ago with a flat. Mechanics looked and told me tires were in to bad condition to repair. Money was tight but fear not they were able to work with me and get me back on the road that day without breaking my budget. Fast forward to today I came back to have 2 more replace because I dont see anyway I can turn a blind eye to the kindness shown in a world full of shady mechanics. Got to thank the store manager Terrance for looking out and going above and beyond to help service me. Highly recommend this store to others for friendliness and quality work.
