  I want to emphasize how crucial it was for me to get my billing issues resolved when I picked up and returned my rental car. I had a credit card on file and clearly stated that I wanted the bill charged to a different card upon return. I was instructed to see the staff when I returned the car to handle this, but when I arrived, I was told I should have notified the staff outside, as the billing had already been processed. The manager advised me to go home and assured me that I would receive a call once their admin personnel arrived to resolve the matter. However, I never received a call. I also reached out to customer support but had no luck, and I struggled to find contact information for the branch to further address the issue. This experience was particularly disappointing, as I had never faced such problems at other branches. It has put me in a challenging situation, especially considering it was at an airport location. Due to this, I will not be renting from this branch again.

  My company uses Avis as their default rental provider. I took a chance on National because there were no cars available with Avis at the time or date I needed. It was the best chance I could have taken. You guys didn't give me the "ick" like Enterprise does and better customer service than Avis
