  I went yesterday and today. Yesterday they were already closed, right on time but when they opened, they were not ready, they need to be ready for the customers. They need better customer service, I will update as soon as I actually get my wash, so far, not impressed

  Thank you for reminding me why I stopped coming here. Photo#2,3,4...Manager told me it wasnt dirt but after a quick wipe with water that was left on the truck it rubbed off easily. Manager gave me a voucher to comeback for a orher wash later instead of making it right.Employee also handed me a rag so I can whipe my own back window.Money well spent. I guess ill be back to use the voucher and wipe my down stuff down again

  I came in and paid for a car wash for my BMW 530i. After the wash was completed, I pulled forward to wipe off the excess water left on my vehicle. While I was doing so, an employee approached me and told me that the area where I was parked was for workers only and that the sponge I was using was not meant for the exterior of my car. I then asked where I could properly park and where I could get towels. Instead of kindly directing me or informing me how to purchase towels, I was told that they do not sell towels at all. The interaction felt very unwelcoming. As a paying customer, I expected clearer guidance and better customer service. I’ll never come back to this location it’s SHITTY and horrible attitudes what car was doesn’t provide towel ?????? That response and his tone was not accurate, and I found it very frustrating. I paid for the premium car wash, yet my vehicle was not thoroughly cleaned or properly dried. I did nothing wrong, so I should not feel as though I’m being treated unfairly for simply trying to take care of my car after paying for a service. It’s insane and I regret going to this place to begin with
