  efficient, it was good to benefit from a discount happening this month. Everything was great overall—adding a water sink to wash floor mats after vacuuming would make the experience even better.

  At this Mister Car Wash, all the machines strike and break parts of the cars, yet they refuse to take responsibility; they merely offer baseless excuses. The manager, Jose Murillo, is not competent for his position.

  I came during a busy hour. After my car wash, I was almost hit by another car coming out of the wash due to the vacuum line clogging the path. I had to honk to get the driver in front of me to realize and narrowly avoided them. Unfortunately this location just does not have the space or vacuums to accommodate all their customers receiving complimentary vacuums after their wash. Many of the customers following me had to exit the lot immediately due to safety concerns, and no worker was managing the vacuum line.

  I come to this location a lot, having five different vehicles on a membership due to it being closest to my residence, overall it does the job (aside from consistently missing some spots or not drying all the way). Staff members are helpful and nice but I would definitely stay away during rush hour because I do feel like a lot of people cut the line (members don’t have to interact with anyone, the bar just opens and you drive up) and I feel like all the vehicles are pretty much bumper to bumper in the car wash itself which makes me pretty anxious. I also wish they offered a multi car membership rather than having all separate ones.

  urgently needed to use the restroom, and although I don't usually use public restrooms, I had no choice at that moment. Despite being a loyal customer for years and having three car member , the manager refused to allow me access. This experience was very disappointing and does not reflect good customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how they treat long-time customers.
