  Worse costumer experience. Waited on my car for 28 min with 2 cars front of my car. When I confronted the manager he’s response was you need to wait in your lane!!!! Even though I paid tip to these guys every visit. But they ignored my car for good 15 min just because they collect cash tip from other cars. I do not recommend this location if you want to have a stress free day

  Friday 3/27 at 6:20 PM, they were closed—even though their hours on Google say they close at 7:00 PM. Such a waste of my time.

  Manager was rude. Said my truck was too tall. However I have gone to this location before and never had an issue. So I went to another location without issues.

  Caleigh did an AMAZING job. It's a busy Friday afternoon and she was managing the car entrance all by herself. Usually there are 2 or 3 people to help on a Friday. With all of the impatient customers, Caleigh kept her great attitude and great customer service!

  I’m not sure what’s really going on with Mr. car wash I’ve been going there well over 10 years and it’s like their business model has changed. They’ve cut back on staff. They cut back on managers and they cut back on quality of drying your car. I have the $69 membership which I’ve had for well over three years and generally, it’s pretty good today. They were slammed absolutely slammed and when that happens, the workers a quick wipe and says your car is ready. I watched the guy do my car. I did not see him wipe any windows I saw him put air freshener on one floor mat didn’t get the little crust and dust off the arm handles. I tell the manager about it and he has the audacity to argue with me saying we’re not getting up to your car yet this is After taking my ticket and put the key in my hand. I understand you got a bad hair now and then, but I will tell you this after the service I received today and the verbal BS from the manager there are plenty of other places I can get my car clean and I’d be happy to give my money to. It’s just a shame. I’ve been a long loyal customer but after today, I thought it changed quickly like I said I don’t know if their business model has changed or what but they had one lady check in in everybody underneath the canopy, which is a shame
