Acabo de pagar un lavado de $45(el servicio más caro)más tips,el cual incluía lavado por fuera y por dentro,más las llantas del carro,y cuando lo recojo parece que solo me cobraron por pasear el carro,porque por dentro estaba igual que lo dejé,con polvo,las alfombras igual de sucias,no sé qué tipo de líquido le echaron a la pantalla del carro que la dejaron con manchas 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️,se nota que no lo aspiraron para nada,muy mal servicio,me siento bien estafada
I did exterior wash only for a frequent member, but when I pulled out, they were very slow at the FM1960 location and one of the two young men wiping down cars asked If I would you like an extra set of hands when I was drying off my car off to the side and I unfortunately didn’t get his name, young man very very nice.

Shout out to the whole mister car wash team I came to get my 2025 Lamborghini urus serviced Gigi & Tiffany were great helping me get a membership Jesse and rj made sure my inside off car was clean and took his time Christian and Elmer came and greeted me love this location will recommend to all my Lamborghini friends
Why even advertise that you close at 6pm when your workers close the lines at 5:15pm? Pointless. Made me waste my time. Closing at 6pm would actually be more convenient. Stop being so lazy, or stop advertising those hours. Will be switching to ClearWater Express Wash, they actually close at 8pm🤦♂️
Avoid this location at all costs.
They are consistently slow and understaffed, but today crossed the line. They packed cars dangerously close inside the wash, which caused my car to hit the one in front of me. No one is even in the vehicles or have control of the vehicles since they put them in neutral so this is 100% on their negligence.
The assistant manager was completely dismissive and called it a “minor hiccup.” That tells you everything you need to know about how little they care. He even admitted they knowingly packed cars too close just to keep the line moving.
I had to repeatedly ask to speak to the GM, and he refused multiple times before finally getting him. The GM was just as bad! No apology, no accountability, nothing. Just tried to hand me free wash coupons, which are useless since I already pay for a monthly membership.
This place is poorly run, careless, and clearly does not value customer safety or service. I will not be returning and will be canceling my membership immediately.
