- YBYarit BourApr 8, 20261.0If I could give -0 stars, yes I would. They are aggressive and kept me and other cars against our will stranded inside the washing machines. First they didn't have the machine that scans automatically the sticker, just a person and very slow. When it was my turn, the dude (dark hair, white and I believe hispanic or middle east) dude scanned my sticker so I continued when he did, he slammed my car various times, yelling at me to stop, with a very angry face saying "wait" then he said ok go but you had to wait next time but in a very mean. In the middle of the washing they stopped the machine, they left is stranded, then a woman came out to look inside where the cars were being washed, then they continued. I usually go to another Mr Car Wash were a machine scans my sticker, the bar goes up and I just continue. I know I paid my car wash. This poeple are abusive and should not be operating. I left them a voice mail the very next day and they didn't even called me to apologize. I really wish this place loose the license to operate and I will keep putting other complains. Abusive poeple.

I usually spend 5+ mins hand-drying my car after going thru the wash, but it took about 30 seconds today. There’s no vacuums here which sucks, but I will definitely be back for the wash. 🧼 🧽 🚙 I told the employee that it was “no limpia” when I meant to say it was not wet 😆 so I even learned how to say “dry” in Spanish today. Mi coche está muy seco!
