  I normally don’t leave reviews, but people need to be aware of how claims are handled here. I had an incident at this Mr. Car Wash location where my 2010 F-150 was damaged while entering the conveyor system. After reviewing the situation, it is clear my vehicle was placed too close to the vehicle in front of me during loading. What concerns me most is how this was handled by staff. David, the assistant manager, initially stated that I “accelerated” into the vehicle. Later, that explanation changed to claiming my vehicle was in drive and moved forward on its own. Those are two completely different explanations. From a technical standpoint, this does not make sense. A vehicle in neutral cannot accelerate on its own. Even if a vehicle were left in drive without pressing the gas, it would only creep forward slowly—not lunge forward or cause a forceful impact like what occurred. Despite this, the claim was denied. To make matters worse, the company is relying on video footage to support their decision but has refused to provide a copy of that footage for review. Customers should be aware: - You are guided into the system and rely on staff for safe spacing - If something goes wrong, responsibility may be shifted to you - Claims may be denied without transparency or access to evidence I strongly recommend being cautious and ensuring you are given proper spacing before entering the track.

  I had a very bad experience at this location on April 2, 2026. While going through the wash, my truck was placed in neutral and on the conveyor system as instructed. During the process, the machine suddenly pushed my vehicle forward into the truck in front of me, causing damage to my front bumper. Even the young attendant who was guiding my vehicle into the tracks acknowledged that the machine pushed my vehicle forward. This was not something I could control — once your car is on those rails, the system dictates all movement. What made the situation worse was how it was handled afterward. As soon as I exited the wash, the assistant manager, Dave, immediately approached me and started insisting that I was at fault and that I needed to give my insurance to the other driver. This was within minutes of the incident, before any proper review could have been done. He claimed the cameras showed me accelerating, which is not possible when the vehicle is in neutral and being pulled by the conveyor. His behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and embarrassing. He refused to properly document the incident until I contacted corporate, and he continued to push liability onto me without considering how the system actually works. I’m leaving this review to warn others: Once your vehicle is on those rails, you are not in control — the machine is. If there is a malfunction or spacing issue, you are the one who ends up paying the price while they try to shift the blame. I strongly recommend being cautious at this location and making sure everything is operating properly before entering the wash.
