  Absolutely terrible experience at Mister Car Wash. The entire staff acted like helping customers was the last thing they wanted to do—rude, dismissive, and full of attitude for no reason. Not a single person bothered to offer help or even show basic courtesy. The vacuums were a complete joke—clogged, weak, and basically useless. It’s ridiculous to charge people for services that clearly aren’t maintained. I spent more time fighting with broken equipment than actually cleaning my car. What really stands out is how little they care. There was zero sense of customer service or professionalism anywhere. It honestly felt like customers were an inconvenience to them. The manager erykah was especially unprofessional she had a bad attitude the whole time, seemed irritated for no reason, and was more focused on her phone than actually helping customers. It really set the tone for how poorly the place is run. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values people. This place is a waste of time.

  They have great customer service and really strong vacuums!! Better vacuums than Tommy’s.
