- MBMRS.W BELLMar 25, 20261.0Ridiculous update- Luis Velasquez was great with helping my mom find a vehicle that’s it long waits and process as if it’s new vehicles and it’s not for all the trouble to get dependable car, Update- so I was told that paying the 200 dollars down for the cpi insurance would cover for 2 weeks to get regular insurance or keep the cpi so I made the payment on the vehicle and was told I had to pay the 80 dollars for the cpi which was wierd because why did I put down 200 and a week later have to pay 80 dollars the he calls and says that it’s only 1 day you can pay coverage and they would have credited the 200 dollars back to the account after 7 days has passed so I’m out of 200 dollars and now having to find full coverage on a discolored vehicle with 100,000 miles on it I don’t wanna say this but it’s scamming I wasn’t informed on this correctly then was told the down payment was deferred after being told they don’t defer payments I’m highly upset and I’ll be reporting to the bbb as well this is ridiculous how they tried to play with me over insurance that only cover them lemon ass cars they sell 0/10
