  Ok so normally I would ignore the marketing but the Sewell staff really did make customer service top notch. I hate the salesman bs but this was none of that, Khurram Gilani(K.G.) was awesome and omg Signing ppw w an iPad was a game changer haha. Been awhile since I bought a car but it wasn't the old "come to my office" stuff and have a million signatures w a pen haha. KG really was a good guy and I tested alot of car dealer tricks and fees scams and he didn't mess with any of them. He was patient and explained anything I was concerned about. I highly recommend Khurram Gilani (KG) and no they didn't even ask me to wright this. If you go ask for him and you won't regret it. Idk about the other ppl there so I won't speak on them,but hopefully they are as good,just being honest cause this is not the type of money to play with, Cheers!

  From the moment I walked into Mercedes Benz, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The level of service, professionalism and genuine care I received truly made this a memorable milestone for me. I want to give a very special thank you to my salesperson Emmanuel, to Jarred and everyone who supported the process behind the scenes. Your teamwork and dedication did not go unnoticed. A huge thank you as well to the store manager who personally came to congratulate me and thank me once I was approved for my car, that meant so much and made the moment even more special. I also want to recognize the incredible service department. Since I first arrived in Houston, they have consistently treated me like family with every vehicle I’ve owned. The attention, respect, and care have always been top-tier. Special thanks to the Service Drive Manager Juwan and my of course my advisor Damon, who has been taking care of me since day one, your consistency and professionalism are truly appreciated. This dealership doesn’t just sell cars, they create relationships and unforgettable experiences. I’m beyond grateful and will definitely continue coming back. Highly recommend!   This is my second time purchasing a car at Mercedes-Benz West Houston and honestly, there’s a reason I keep coming back. The dealership itself matches the brand modern & immaculate. The freshly baked cookies are my fav. It’s very clear they thought about every detail. If you’re looking for someone who will actually take care of you, ask for Jaymee. Her communication was seamless & she puts in the effort to make sure you leave happy. She made what could’ve been a stressful process feel completely smooth and that means everything! Overall 10/10 experience! I’d confidently recommend this location to anyone, without hesitation

  I have had several experiences with Mercedes-Benz of West Houston regarding vehicle repairs. When repairs are covered under warranty, they are often handled with partial fixes that do not fully resolve the issue, which has required me to return multiple times for the same problem. This repeated process consumes time and effort and makes the overall service experience quite frustrating. On the other hand, when repairs are done at my own expense, full replacements of parts are usually recommended, often at prices higher than the market rate. This contrast raises questions about the consistency of the repair approach between warranty-covered and paid services. I share this review to provide an honest account of my experience and hope it helps others set expectations when visiting the service center.
