  Horrible customer service- I was there this past weekend 30 minutes before they opened and before anyone got there even the staff to get my windshield replaced. Some guy drives up about 10 minutes before they opened and runs in and checks in. I go in behind him and told the staff I was there 1st. She said ok. After waiting almost 2 hours and my car still sitting out in the parking lot in the same spot. I asked the staff how much longer before they got to my car. She tells me she had to take the other guy 1st because he got to the desk and gave his keys 1st and it would be another 30 minutes before they even touch my car. I bailed out and told her they can keep their windshield. She could have at least told me that she was taking him 1st when I gave her my keys and I would have left then. I wasted 2 hours of my life sitting there. SMDH! This place used to be awesome. I've gone there several times since the late 90s but had not been since 2018 until this past Saturday. Not sure what happened with them.

  Probably one of the lowest price in Houston for Honda CRV windshield. Install took about an hour. Very nice comfortable waiting area with several big soft recliners and chairs. The woman running the front office, named Nina, I think, was extremely professional, helpful, nice and knowledgeable. I will go back again for any auto windshield repair and would recommend friends to them. Good luck.

  They do a great job installing windshields and their prices are low, I've been going to them for years and I've had no issues 👍👍's. up.

  Not satisfied, messed up my pillar trim, lost part of my windshield molding, was told I’m getting a OEM windshield but instead got a Chinese made glass..

  Got a quote from safe#%$e for 385, Low Cost Auto Glass charged me about half of that. They were very friendly and fast. I would definitely recommend my friends. They also have comfy chairs.
