I parked 5 ft onto their parking lot for .5 seconds to get the guy next door to open his garage door for me, and some black guy attacked me and told me to move my car because I was in the wrong parking lot, by literally 5 ft! Wouldn’t do business here if that’s how they treat a female or the general public looking for a business they share a parking lot with.

- CSC. S.Mar 3, 20261.0DO NOT GO HERE! Took my vehicle to Jiffy Lube on Ella Blvd in Houston TX . First oil change since I purchased the vehicle at Sterling McCall Acura. Mechanic stated he's unable to change oil because, "the pin is just spinning and I'd need to take it to the dealer." Advantage BMW informed me that my oil pin has been stripped and now my car is leaking oil. Advantage stated my car was severely low on oil. My car has NEVER leaked oil and Jiffy Lube is the first shop it's been to since I purchased it. Jiffy Lube mechanic worked on my car for an extended amount of time trying to remove a screw that he says was only, "spinning"." They never informed me of a stripped oil pin or an oil leak. Now the manager is attempting to place blame on the dealership from a year. Stating maybe they stripped it but no oil leak since I've had it. Jiffy Lube manner said he needed to speak to last place that serviced my vehicle, Sterling McCall. They told him that my car was fully serviced with no issues, they use a torque wrench to prevent that issue with the paperwork to prove it. It's likely that Jiffy Lube mechanic used the wrong wrench and attempted to loosen screw in the wrong direction. Now my car is heavily leaking oil. I recorded the conversations to hear the word games jiffy manager is playing.
