  Calvin and the crew at this location are very awesome people. All of them greeted me with a smile and showed me to the waiting room after letting them know what I needed. After inspecting my truck, Calvin noticed my back license plate light was not coming on so I was very glad we got that taken care of. Apart from my regular oil change and tire rotation, I was suggested some additional work that my truck really needed, it’s always good to stay on top of these things especially if you want your vehicle to last as long as possible, very grateful for their professionalism and expertise. Will most definitely be coming back here regularly, as the crew and Calvin treated me wonderfully.

  UPCHARGE ALERT ‼️ Went there today 4/10/26 with my bmw for a brake fluid change. While waiting, they came back and recommended I change my spark plugs, which was going to cost an additional $300. Seeing as no other place said I needed this done I declined and went to my usual Jiffy Lube location that was two minutes away on memorial. They informed me that jiffy lubes can’t even change spark plugs on a BMW!!! They are crooks and were going to charge me $300 for something they can’t even fix!! I looked it up and for bmws spark plugs aren’t required to get changed until around 60 K miles. My car is only at 37K. Do not go to this location unless you want to get ripped off also the customer service from Asha is comically horrible.

  I had a great experience at this location.From the moment I came in I was ushered in with care by Calvin who showed me where to park and at the front desk I met a cool and professional dude Isaak who was very warm respectful and receptive,Cedrick was in the back working hard as well !this is very rare in auto places and I felt valued at this location.Big five ups to this team I highly recommend this location.Its easer to spend money in a place where people actually care about what they do and how they treat people.

  I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to the manager, Calvin. He took the time to explain everything clearly, was incredibly patient with my questions, and was so incredibly nice! He really looked out for me and went above and beyond to make sure I understood what my car actually needed (and what it didn’t). On top of that, the service was fast and efficient. His team was also so friendly and welcoming, and they all did an amazing job! which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back—and will be telling my family friends to come here as well. Highly recommend!

  Isaak, Anthony & CED were undeniably kind, God-fearing, helpful and knowledgeable! I came in for an inspection but they expressed that I had some minor issues with my car that needed to be addressed. They helped me understand what was needed, provided water for my wait, checked in on me through the time while working on my car to ensure that I was okay—that shows heart and character! Also, they explained that I didn’t have to do anything but to do what I can when ready—instead of feeling pressured, that built trust! Love the team! This will be the only place that I will forever bring my car needs too. God Bless Y’all!
