  they sell poor quality batteries and when you come for the warranty to get an exchange they tell you they have to charge the batteries and tell you they will take 24 hrs but in the paperwork they put 3 - 4 days and then you come after 4 days and they say that your battery hasn’t even been put to charge or being checked and make you loose your time and gas coming so many times for something that at the end of the day they end up telling you that your battery is bad and try to give you an old one they have (supposedly new) but has an older date like 2 or 3 months ago, not a fresh battery of the current or past month. This people are a joke, this dealership was way better when it was Kyrish They are so cheap that don’t even want to exchange a simple battery right at the same moment you come nor they don’t even want to refund your money It’s always a hassle with warranties Another thing the “warranty guy” is always not there and they tell you he will be back Monday at 8am and when you get there at 10am they tell you he is not there. Like does he owns the store or what? Can’t the other employees help you? This place has lost my business I won’t return or send my hundreds of customers over there to buy their defective parts

  Pura mentira de que cierran a las 10pm hoy llegue a las 650pm y ya cerrado pesima atencion no lo recomiendo

  Super helpful guys there I went in for a pressure switch believe it or not that came off of a gold bulldog Mack never would have thought it would have had international parts on it anyhow my parts man I really don't remember his name jam up dude went in there showed him what I had and he knew exactly what the hell I needed, if I can explain my experience in three words that would be professional, polite and respectful
