It has a canopy and the chargers are consistently in operation. I don't have a GM vehicle but Autocharge works at this location using the EVGO app which is extremely convenient.

The cashier on duty (wearing a blue shirt) was rude and dismissive. When I asked a simple question, I was ignored and treated as if I was asking for something for free rather than being a paying customer. This attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional. This type of behavior does not reflect the service standards Pilot Flying J is known for. Customers, especially drivers who rely on these stops, deserve respect and proper communication. I hope management reviews this situation and takes appropriate action to improve customer service
