  Didn't see oil filter changed, didn't see 20 point inspection of belts, hoses, windshield wiper. Mechanic was nice.

  I have had my car worked on numerous times at This location. They are always very nice and accommodating and do their best to explain to me, someone with very little knowledge about cars, what’s going on and why it needs to be fixed. Jose Villatoro is always willing to find a solution in my budget. I recommend them to anyone looking for honesty, integrity, and transparency in their auto shop.

  Thank you! Great news, I didn’t actually need new brakes. Express Oil Change in Montgomery Texas is the only place I trust with my vehicle. As I planned for new brakes, Terrance explained everything on the phone to me they would be checking on my vehicle for free, the rotors, brake pads and exactly why they recommend them at the same time with a warranty. I've been to this location in Montgomery right off of 105 for oil changes and engine lights, skipping the dealership. If you're ever questioning someone's advice for your vehicle, I highly recommend you come here for them to check it out and get an estimate or just go here the first time and skip the hassle.

  I’ll be fully honest. After five years of being a loyal customer ever since they brought that thug style girl in the front desk, everything has been a mess. They have with full deception unplugged a few plugs on my car just so the car will stop working and so they can do more work on it and charge me. And that’s exactly what happened. The car left me on the side of the road And a professional Mechanic explained exactly what happened And all I needed to do is to connect the dots. I just had to remove my five star review of five years just to leave this one how truly unfortunate. Now I’m questioning all these full synthetic oil change they have done for really good prices. I don’t trust them anymore and how sad they have lost a very good customer.
