- TTTerriMar 30, 20262.0I only came here because thats what the insurance paid for. I would not use them again unless absolutely necessary. The outside of the car was half washed with water spots every where, barely could see out the side mirrors. There's damages to the body and scratches everywhere that I made sure to make note of. The guy told me oh it's 1/4 tank in there and it was actually less than that. When I got home I wiped the drivers area down with clorox wipes and filthy is an understatement. 2 stars is for the lady that picked me up from the bodyshop. Front desk customer service is lacking.

The car smells like cigarettes, and as a non-smoker, it bothers me every time I get in. However, they always ignore me and say they don't have cars when I can see they do since I pass by there every day.

After which, we were taken to this Enterprise location and simply put, outstanding customer service. The gentleman, Caleb A. Geer, is a top notch employee. He kept us informed with our insurance, payments if needed, and due dates. Any and all questions were answered promptly. Will come back!
