  This location is SCAM. They are liars and thieves and if I were yall I would NOT do business here. Upon pick up I was advised my vehicle had been smoked in. Okay. Didn’t make a big deal about it. I’ve used this location plenty of times. The cars have come back a little dirty sometimes but I never make a big deal about it because it’s a rental car. It’s not my car ya know? Whatever. I’ve used Enterprise 10+ years and specifically this location for over 3 years. I’ve never ever gotten a vehicle that has been treated for this specific thing. But coincidentally the one time I get warned about this I’m also CHARGED for smoking in the vehicle. Mind you my friend who was in the vehicle with me upon entering the car made a comment when putting stuff down in the center console how dirty it was. This was noticed about an hour after pickup. Again I didn’t make a big deal about it because it’s happened plenty before and really I just assumed they’d blame me for it. The ENTIRE time I had the vehicle a Stanley cup and a plastic cup sat in the cup holders. Anyways fast forward, I return the vehicle. After 24 hours I notice I have yet to receive my receipt. So I call the location. I’m told I’m being charged for smoking in the car. Huh!? I HAVE NEVER SMOKED IN ANY OF THEIR VEHICLES. EVER. I don’t even smoke!!!! The first lie was their was ash found in the backseat of the vehicle. I informed that person that no one ever even sat in the back seat of the vehicle. Then the next person I spoke with claims it was the front cup holder of the vehicle. I pointed out the story changed and the manager basically argued me down about how it was found in this place or another and wanted to completely skip over how the story had changed to where this debris was found. This is fraudulent and deceptive business practices. They never provided video or picture proof of this allegation even though they advised us to do as such. If you want to be scammed into paying $150-$300 in fees for something someone else did this by all means rent here. I will personally be reporting them to the BBB.

  From speaking with Steve, the district manager, to Chase, Conner, and John at the site location, we were treated exceptionally! We were there due to a death in the family, and everyone was sensitive and extremely helpful. Rides to and from the Enterprise site were provided, which really helped as we were cleaning out the apartment. I seriously cannot thank this group enough. I always call Enterprise first when needing to rent a car, but now I really don’t want to work with anyone else. Thank you!
