  If you are in a rush, this location is not your choice period. They are not under-staffed. But still keep you waiting for over 28 minutes for a car. To be precise, I booked slot for 8:00am but I checked in at 7:45. I got the car at 8:28.

  Rented a car online through their own website. Got to the counter and they told me they left a voicemail saying they had no cars available. There was no voicemail. Said I could wait until they closed to see if maybe someone brings a car back. Terrible customer service. Could not locate any other Enterprise that had cars ...at least that's what they told me.

  My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was extremely disappointing. The level of customer service I received was unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish. I expected a smooth and respectful experience, but instead I was met with poor communication, lack of accountability, and a general sense that customer concerns were not a priority. When issues came up, the staff showed little interest in resolving them and seemed more focused on dismissing the situation than actually helping. As a paying customer, that level of disregard is unacceptable. A company with the reputation of Enterprise should hold its employees to a much higher standard of professionalism and service. I rely on rental services often, but after this experience, I would seriously reconsider using Enterprise again. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works to improve how customers are treated in the future.

  The team members in Houston at the pick up point were exceptional, very helpful and friendly. Upon drop off the team member explained everything and assisted us with our luggage.
