    Josh is the guy. He will get you in and out. you can tell he likes getting stuff done. i can’t vouch for the other employees lol you know how rental car places can be attitudes and egos but if you get josh or can try to ask for him at the memorial city location gessner an i-10, you’re in good shape

    Revised after rental return- Not a great experience so far. I reserved my rental car over a month in advance, because I’m a teacher and wanted to bring my car to the body shop over spring break, so I didn’t have to miss work. I assumed with that much advance notice, the rental process would be quick. I had to wait 30 minutes for Enterprise to pick me up from the body shop. When I was finally driven to Enterprise, I was told they didn’t have a car, and I could wait for them to have a car delivered from a different Enterprise location or I could take a car they had on the lot at a higher daily rental rate. I did not want to pay more, so I waited almost an hour for my car. It was a white Chevy Malibu with lots of paint chipping off at various spots and parts of the car were hanging off. Not only that, but the seats were slashed and stained, and the car reeked of smoke. Moreover, I discovered later that the back up camera is blurry. I only need a car until my car is repaired, so I just took the car Enterprise gave me. Then I was told that I had to pay a $300 returnable deposit. No one informed me of this extra fee, and I really couldn’t afford it. Enterprise had all my insurance information, so I didn’t really understand why I needed to pay a deposit. Allstate Insurance refused to pay it, even though they are paying for my rental car, and Enterprise refused to drop the deposit, even though I have a perfect driving record. My car got damaged, because a grandmother ran into my parked car in my school parking lot. We will see if returning my rental car is a better experience. I rented my car on 3/9 and returned it on 3/13. I returned the rental to MacHaik Ford Body Shop when I picked up my car, and they confirmed that they called Enterprise that the car was there, and Enterprise picked up the car there. I was charged $553.84. Today is 4/2, and my $300 deposit has not been returned to me. Today, I got an email saying I was being charged $12.75 extra for a toll charge that occurred on 3/20, after I had already returned my car. Enterprise uses some shady business practices.

    Mekayla Hopkins the assistant branch manager is completely rude and disrespectful. Enterprise wrongfully filed a claim on my insurance, so when I called to get the receipt where I paid out of pocket Mekayla decided to abruptly cut me off multiple times telling me I did not get my car from there. She then proceeded to cut me off mid sentence and transfer my call to another branch. As I called back she consistently put me on hold transferring the call and not speaking to me. Ironically enough she found the receipt and emailed it to me as I was on hold. On the fourth time when I called back I politely asked her for her name and she refused hanging up the phone on me. I went to the branch in person again asking for her name and she insisted on calling me “love” and “honey” in a sarcastic manner. Mind you she was on the phone with another customer who she had an attitude with because she wrote the vin number down incorrectly. I would highly advise that Enterprise put the right individuals, ones without attitudes, in customer facing positions. She could have one, looked up the information initially to email me the receipt, or two, explain without an attitude and cutting me off whatever her reasoning was for not being able to assist (which clearly was not the case). I really hope you all take the necessary steps to improve on your quality on service.
