  Rented a van here for a trip to Washington state, while I was traveling through Oregon at 12:30 am I stopped for fuel and discovered the fuel door would no longer open...I spent 30-40 minutes trying various ways to open it...it was 37 degrees outside and I was sick of trying so called roadside with the hope of getting it fixed...instead I was told they would have it towed away and I would be on my own at now 1 am with no hotels near no car rentals near...when I asked about repairs I was told no that's not going to happen the roadside person was rude, aggressive and made certain that I understood they would not fix it and would not help with any other accommodations. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM ENTERPRISE AGAIN and I tell the story every chance I get as a warning to stay away from them.

  If you want to wait and not receive your rental come here they are so unprofessional and rude. I reserved a vehicle the day before , showed up thinking that my rental would be ready but i was so mistaken i waited for over 45 minutes for nothing . The manager was no where to be seen and the person in the front seem like your bothering her . I had to order a Uber to get where I was going .Worst experience renting a vehicle here . Do not come to this location .

  I recently rented a vehicle from the Beltway and I-10 location in Houston. Unfortunately, the car I was given was shaking severely while driving and did not feel safe, especially with my three children in the vehicle. That part of the experience was very stressful and concerning, as rental vehicles should be properly inspected and safe before being handed to customers. However, I want to specifically acknowledge Dez, who helped me when I returned the car. He was professional, understanding, and extremely helpful during the process. He made a frustrating situation much easier to handle, and I truly appreciate the way he treated me and my family.
