  Champ is amazing he got me set up in a rental car while my car is in the shop and when a better vehicle came in a few days later got me all set up. Highly recommend working with Champ.

  Absolutely terrible service from Key Green. We arrived to pickup our rental exactly at our allocated time and she told us there was no cars available, and none available in Houston. We called the enterprise at the airport and they said they had cars. She did absolutely nothing to help us. As we were leaving, a vehicle was dropped off and when asked if we could take that one, she told us no because she doesn’t have to rent us a car…even though we had a reservation from weeks ago. Completely shocking from a company like Enterprise. Key Green was completely unhelpful, rude, and left us without a car for absolutely no reason.

  I called to see if i could change the return site, they said it was free because the new one was the same that i used to pick up, when we went to return they try to charge us 300 dollars. Worst experience in my life with a company. And the card that they gave us to call was from i person who sells cars to the company, mistake after mistake.

  This branch has had a change in management and staff. I booked car for 3pm. They gave me a car that did not start. It required change of battery in a fob. Car wasn’t clean either. The process of cleaning and fob battery change was taking much time and it was already 3:40. I told I was getting late and I can take an upgrade. The guy named champ ridiculed me - told me he can’t be rushed as he is doing me a favor. He told me he would void my contract and I should never step in their office to rent from them. He voided my contract and did not provide any confirmation. If you want decent human interaction do not go to this branch. This guy needs to be fired to have this branch get any business.I have been renting from this spot for 3 years and this incompetent guy just killed their business streak for me personally and all my businesses. It wasn’t a one time incident. He was giving warnings and threats to two customers on the phone while I was sitting there. Go to greenway and avoid this branch till this incompetent Champ is fired. I’m done with Enterprise for hiring incompetent folks.
