  ASK FOR MIKE! For sure the worst rental car experience I’ve ever had. I reserved for a car to be delivered to me at 7:30am 4/6. When confirming the reservation the Saturday before, they let me know there’s an hour window so I should be receiving the car between 7:30-8:30am which is fine, whatever. Around 8:10am the day the rental was to be delivered, I called to make sure everything was okay and the lady on the phone told me the car was getting washed and would be delivered to me in the next 15mins. Lies. By 8:45 I pull up to the location and I don’t end up receiving my car until 9:30am, it was never delivered, I had to pick it up….ridiculous Without Mike, my plans would have been ruined and I would definitely only be leaving 1 star. He did everything he could to make my experience so much better! He also followed up the day of my rental return to see what would be easiest way for me to return the car. Honestly, shoutout to Mike, I hope everyone can experience his wonderful customer service!! ⭐️ Enterprise ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Mike

  I made a reservation two weeks before I needed to pick up a mid-size SUV. On the day I was supposed to pick up the vehicle, it took well over an hour to actually get the vehicle because of a parking lot issue. The gentleman who helped me was friendly and conversational—for which I was incredibly grateful because I watched another Enterprise employee interact with customers and she was borderline rude. After experiencing issues with the vehicle on a 12-hour drive, and contacting customer service for support, I was called on the phone by a woman who identified herself as the brand manager at the Houston Midtown Enterprise to initiate a swap out for a safe mid-sized SUV. From the beginning of the conversation to the end she was unprofessional, condescending, and overall unhelpful. Her response to my issue was essentially that it wasn’t her problem to address and that I could figure it out with a local Enterprise location myself—although Enterprise customer service assured me “the Houston Midtown Enterprise branch manager [would] take care of all of the moving parts to make sure that a mid-size SUV [was] ready to swap out at the ATL airport with no changes to [my] original reservation and rates.” Two days later I was able to swap out the vehicle for a mid-sized car (not SUV) at that ATL airport. For some reason my rates were changed, so when I called to extend my rental I was told the rate would be approximately triple my original rate—as it is the ATL airport rate—even though my contract is with the Houston MidTown Enterprise. As one can imagine, this is now somehow not something with which I’m being offered any help or direction. Legal counsel has advised me to file a lawsuit, but having to go to such extremes (on top of overall poor service) goes beyond disappointment. maybe it’s an indication of my age, but I remember a time when Enterprise was the industry standard for quality vehicles, outstanding customer service, and having an overall sense of pride (almost responsibility) in being the best option when renting a vehicle. It’s truly disheartening to see that none of the aforementioned characteristics can be assigned to Enterprise. Due to my experience, and my overall feelings of immense dissatisfaction, I can’t imagine that I will ever utilize ANY Enterprise for my future car rental needs. …A SHAME! Based on the costs, lost time, and overall inconveniences I could’ve put that stress/depreciation on my Evoque and it would’ve been less costly.

  The five stars is solely for the employee named Brandon that I just met. As if renting a car after a horrible car accident isn’t hassle enough, Brandon made sure I was able to safely get home even after being told by another employee that they would not take me home and being what I felt was, dismissive. I live 0.5 miles from the location. While I understand policy and procedures, there gets to a point where we need to assess the situation from a REAL, HUMAN standpoint. I did not have a means to get home and as a woman it would not have been safe for me to walk almost half an hour back in the MIDDLE of downtown/midtown. Brandon made sure I had a ride. So thank you, Brandon. I will return the favor very soon.
