  Standard friendly staff no issues with that part But beware if you have an early flight. early rental is 4am with no drop box!! Shouldn’t leave the car outside the gate or be late to my flight? Ended up making it. Some people dropped the bags off and then returned the car.

  Staff is incredibly friendly. Had to wait a few minutes for the car to be washed and brought out but I didn’t mind that so much. Being at an airport location they’re working quickly and fast around the clock. Fairly priced and nice and professional staff.

  From the curbside pickup at the airport, to the friendly shuttle staff and location staff, this experience was superb. Rental return was also easy and efficient. They provided shuttle service back to the airport as well.

  Had a reservation for a car, went there at 10pm, it wasn't busy, they had to go get the car, an hour later we see them get a car for us that's been sitting there far as long as we've been there. Returning it early in the morning, get to the return lot, they're not open yet, had to go to Alamo, luckily we had plenty of time, but they should have told us this when we rented it. Will not rent from Enterprise at Hobby airport in Houston again.

  I’ve rented cars for years and have generally had good experiences, which is why this situation was so surprising. I picked up a car from Enterprise in San Antonio and drove to Houston, only to realize once I arrived that the vehicle was extremely dirty and smelled strongly of cigarettes. Since this obviously wasn’t something I wanted to deal with during my trip, I called customer service and was told I could go to the Hobby location for a possible exchange. The location was about 45 minutes from my hotel, but given the condition of the car, I made the drive. Unfortunately, after getting there, I was told the only option available was an exchange for a downgrade from the vehicle I already had. The manager, Shelby, didn’t seem particularly interested in helping find a solution. What made the situation more confusing was that the lot appeared to have plenty of vehicles available, yet I was repeatedly told there was nothing else they could do. I even offered to pay extra for an upgrade, but that suggestion was dismissed as well. After going out of my way to drive nearly an hour to resolve a problem with the original vehicle, it was disappointing to feel like there was little effort made to actually help. In 10 years of renting cars, I can honestly say this was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. Hopefully they can improve the willingness to work with customers when issues like this arise
