  No one is never in front or a line to be seen, it seems like maybe one employee works in the office. The gentleman was nice and professional but they need more staff working there.

  Hands down the best location in all of Houston. I’ve been around to many enterprises in the city and I will say this location always surpasses my expectations. As soon as you enter you feel a warm welcome and are greeted by friendly face. Kelse Lee was exceptionally helpful, assisting me in any questions or concerns I had and made sure I had all my questions answered before I left. I didn’t feel rushed and the process was very smooth and fast. 5 STARS! Highly recommend Kelse and this location to anyone that needs a reliable rental quickly.
