  The car I received was dirty with noticeable food and stains still on the seats and smelled like smoke. I was told I would be able to switch out the vehicle the next day, but without any notice until I called this location myself, I was told they still did not have any availability. The staff is as kind and helpful as they can be, but seems like this location has an inventory management issue.

  Chris Adigwe was excellent. I had to get my adult daughter a rental by 1:30 for her to get to work. Chris went the extra mile for us. When there wasn’t a suitable car available at his location, he found another at a different location and drove my daughter and myself there to pick it up. Thank you, Chris!

  Had a great experience with the staff at Enterprise at Kirkwood and 110 . I would definitely rent from this location again everyone was awesome including the gentleman who rented me the car to the gentleman who picked me up to rent the car and brought me back to pick up my own car .

  Dustin the manager and his coworker today were exceptional! They were efficient and kind in helping me get my rental today quickly and painlessly. I highly recommend and will be renting again from this location soon!
