  In general, i assume people are hard on reviews for car rental locations but these guys were patient and very helpful. I would use this location again. The only negative is that their parking lot is hardto get into if your coming from the westbound lane

  From the time I booked online to shuttle pickup, vehicle was ready, staff is always happy to see me on almost monthly basis and always answer my questions friendly and courteous. Makes me want to top off the gas tank once I return & continue this relationship at this location at enterprise. Kudos!! GG

  !!! SCAM WARNING !!! BEWARE of this location (and Enterprise in general). They will give you a vehicle that looks to be in good conditions, then after driving it down the road and starts falling apart, you will be liable for it no matter what. It happened to me as my truck looked to be in good shape, I took pictures and everything beforehand, then drove it on the highway and the trim around the rear wheel started peeling off. I dropped the truck off at a different location, explained what happened, the guy straight up told me he could clearly see I didn''t hit anything and closed the deal there. UNTIL I got an email from Damage Recovery telling me I owe them for damages. LOL what a scam!! And this is exactly why I never rent from Enterprise. I only came here because my insurance works with Enterprise and was stuck to rent from them.
