    I've called this location 2x today, the last time was at 340pm and got some young lady on the phone who has a rather quick and saucy way of talking. I kept sensing she wanted to "check me" for calling to see if vehicles were available today. The first time I called, she had the nerve to tranfer me to the global reservations line, knowing full well she could answer for availability in 2 seconds. Poor customer service mindset and consequently, I'll take my business elsewhere.

    Scammers in Houston. The tank reader was off and I tried to refill the car only to have it overflow because I was forcing it thinking the tank was much lower than it was. I called twice to let the enterprise team know the tank was full and the indicator was off. Hazard given that I got gas all over me trying to ensure it was full. They still charged me $50 for the tank even though I called twice to let them know the car wasn’t projecting the actual fuel level. Scam. Not my problem if the car fuel tank isn’t reflecting actual fuel levels but they still will charge. The tank overflowed. Fuller than full when I returned it.
