- DDDuStyMar 11, 20265.0My experience with Alaja Young-Keyes was exceptional.. This is the only Enterprise that placed me in a vehicle comparable to my own vehicle. All other branches (e.g. DFW area) did not. The vibe in the Houston area differs from those in the Dallas area.. they have very dry personalities. want to thank Mrs. Keyes as back in Dec 2024-Jan 2025 you assisted me (not sure if you remember me, however you gave me your card & I’m the one from Jersey) with my rental by providing great customer service.. Keep being congenial..
- AJAdrian JonesMar 11, 20261.0Went in too rent a car with the same card ive used for the last five years they said they needed too verify something even before i handed her my card then says they cant rent too me with out a bill or car insurance to verify i dont have such info on me at the time they didn’t even try and help the manager Mackenzie and employee bailey are rude , snarky and unhelpful not good at explaining why such situations occurred just we need too verify. enterprise isn't worth the hassle just take your own vehicle

- NJNessie JonesFeb 27, 20261.0I just had a horroble experience with asssistant manager, Son. This manager refused a rental due to "policy," but this has never been the case previously. Our family has rented from multiple locations, including this location. This refusal was clearly racially motivated, as this manager happily rented cars to several white customers while we were denied. Absolutely disgusting. I went ahead and deleted my previous 5 star review for this location posted 6 years ago, because the quality of the service has plummented. Do better, Enterprise.
