I only come to Valvoline because of the professionalism and expedited service. I spent over $80-$120 for an oil change, when I could have paid $50-$60 for the same quality oil and service elsewhere, simply because I was a loyal customer. The fact that he wouldn't honor a coupon that was only 1 day old, when I receive these types of coupons in my email every month or two, is ridiculous. I can save money because my loyalty to Valvoline means nothing to them. Get it together 1960 crew.
