- SSSandra4 days ago5.0I had a really positive experience overall. I don’t get oil changes very often, so I wasn’t totally sure where to go or what to do when I arrived. I initially pulled up near the service area, then backed up to park, and that’s when a very kind gentleman came out and asked how he could help. I told him I needed an oil change, and he calmly explained where to line up, which was very helpful and immediately put me at ease. I didn’t catch his name, but he was the same person who later helped me at the end by giving me the sticker for my next oil change and helping reset the oil life indicator, which I really appreciated. All of the other employees were also friendly and professional throughout the service. The service itself was smooth and efficient. While the price is on the higher side and cost is an important factor for me, I would definitely return when I have a coupon or discount. Overall, the customer service made the experience a good one. The total was $102 after applying a $15 discount for a full synthetic oil change.

- CACarlos AlvarezDec 11, 20251.0Messed up my car. Took it to get an oil change, paid about $160. Less than 24 hours got a thermostat light on my car. Called and they said that they would take a look. Isaac, the assistant manager, said it wasn’t them and showed me a video of one of the guys leaning over the entire engine so nothing was visible anyway. Issue was that they broke a piece of the tube and coolant spilled all over the engine. Isaac replaced it, free of charge, but the issue persisted. Isaac then told me to replace the coolant temperature sensor, which also didn’t fix the issue. Unsure of what the issue is currently but Valvoline customer care is pretty useless too. They’ll always take the side of Valvoline, as most other customers have already pointed out. Next time, if you ever think of going to a Valvoline, do yourself and your car a favor and don’t go. They are not actual mechanics, only skilled enough to do an oil change and nothing else beyond that. I’m taking my car to an actual mechanic tomorrow so we’ll see what the problem is. I’ll update this once I hear back from the mechanic and Valvoline Customer Care. (Refund not likely since the lady on the phone insisted that it wasn’t their fault).
