I ended up having both a coolant and oil leak, which sucks but I wouldn’t have known otherwise. He gave his honest input and I didn’t feel pressured to do more than what was needed which I appreciate. I will be coming back to this location in the future. Thank you, Jacquar!

- GAGary Anderson6 days ago1.0I had an oil change on my VW Atlas. The car is 6 years old and all my previous services had been done by VW. This was for convenience and it was close to home. At the end of the service on of the techs showed up to tell me that they had seen metal filings and who had done my previous oil changes. He said it did not appear to leak. I went home that afternoon and when I came out in the morning there was a pool of oil under the car. It had not leaked at all in 6 years but only started to leak after this oil change. I have had to take it to VW for a new oil pan. I will address this with Valvoline. It seems very suspicious that only after this service there is a heavy oil leak. I have asked VW for pictures. Very questionable!
