  My fiancé and I are obsessed with Valvoline. I like how quick simple and snappy it is and she likes not feeling like she's going to get ripped off if she goes alone. You guys employ fantastic people as well, she never feels hesitant to ask questions or for explanations which goes to show shes never been made to feel stupid or ignorant here. She'll even go to different locations not the same one every time so i know its just an amazing company over all. We're definitely a Valvoline family, it's legit the only place we go.

  I received help from manager Kevin and Daniel, they were so kind and their service was great. They were able to answer any questions I had. I was getting a state inspection and the process went by super quick. Will be back to get an oil change at this location!

  I had a good experience with Angel. I went in for an oil change, although I didn’t get anything else extra. He did recommend products to me to let me know what I would need for the future. He explained everything thoroughly, and it didn’t feel like he was trying to up-sale me. I’m a woman so men tend to do those things a lot. Thanks for making me feel comfortable angel!

  Visited the 3404 Shepherd location today for the first time. I will have to say that Kevin and his entire staff appeared to go the extra mile to make certain my vehicle was taken care of. Kevin even tried to correct an issue that another mechanic elsewhere messed up but unfortunately I didn't have a new o-ring with me. I will honestly have to say this location was far more better than the location I go to closer to my home in New Caney. Truly appreciate Kevin and his team!
