Then I went to Valvoline, and Roberto was incredibly polite, helpful, and respectful. Walmart was a terrible experience, but Valvoline—and Roberto in particular—were on a whole different level.

When I realized they refused to give me a refund. Not to mention they messed with something and completely broke my starter and I was unable to even leave the bay and had to get towed and then they said it wasn't their fault even though everything was perfectly fine previously. Absolutely will never return there

Mechanics offer additional services that you may need without feeling like they are trying to sell you, which is greatly appreciated.
