Even if you failed the emissions test they'll delay telling you until after they've pushed a bunch of expensive stuff you know you don't need. They wait til they get their money before they say a word. You think you passed, ready to go. Spent $200 to hear come back in a few days to do it again. Assume they're hustling commissions.
