My job site is 28’ they sent me a standard forklift that only goes 15’ high and a 20’ scissor lift. The guy I complained to on the phone had the audacity to tell me that was what I ordered! I really had to get the duct tape out and wrap my head with it to keep my head from exploding !!! I said go listen to the recording of my conversation with your people that took my order. Why the hell would I order equipment that is too short for my job? Still waiting for a refund........
