December 2024 I had three cylinders serviced, recently had a misfire on the cylinder that was worked on by them and when i called asking them to have them check it since they were within warranty. they offered to see it, did not replace the warrantied parts and reset the codes. the misfires persisted and they were lazy to check it even going so far as to say “ i didn’t check the back three because the front 3 are easier.” … it was cylinders 1 that misfired so he practically admitted he didn’t bother checking. My car is still misfiring and the cylinders are still warrantied and the mechanic scolded me and said “i never want to see your car again” after i asked him to honor his warranty. If you’re a woman, do not take your car here as they will use that as an excuse for lazy and poor quality service. Find a shop with integrity and care for quality.
