- IGIvan Gonzalez5 days ago1.0Honestly would love to leave you guys a better review but unfortunately I’m not satisfied with the service provided I originally agreed to their monthly offer where I got two months of at $20 and $40 after I didn’t go but two times since I’ve had the monthly subscription and was a day late in canceling before the $40 I called to get assistance getting a refund for the last month since I just can’t justify the subscription that I don’t use. I spoke to Luke who took my number down and passed it up to their guest experience person James originally things were sounding promising but man was I wrong it was just a huge waste of time. Not only do I have to wait on a call from James but once I’m on the phone with him it was like speaking to a robot just started stating the obvious was that I agreed to this in their policies when signing up so I’m SOL but then went on trying to sell me on the subscription saying if I go at least two times this month I’ll get my money worth. I don’t know if I’m just having a bad day but him stating things I already knew really ticked me off. If James was just straightforward from the beginning and letting me know his hands were tied I would’ve been just fine and not felt the need to write this review.

After using their car wash, an issue occurred with my vehicle, and instead of helping or investigating properly, they immediately denied responsibility. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. They hide behind their policies and signs instead of standing behind their service. If something happens to your car, don’t expect accountability or support. You’re basically on your own once you enter the wash. I’m posting this to warn others: use this place at your own risk.
