    Extremely underwhelming. The workers were nice but the wash left a lot to be desired. The vacuums hardly get anything up. Same quality as any gas station car wash but double the price.

    I'm disappointed this round going to Tommy's Express, because I didn't know up until today after sitting in my car for 15 minutes that when customers want to sign up for membership they make you wait right behind them! Instead of opening another lane to let others pass, they have us to wait, which was wasting my time in where I had to be and go.. So if you go to Tommy's prepare to wait or hope no one in front of you decides to sign up when clearly if you visit there website you can do that at home before you come to sign up for these things... Very disappointed Tommy and that method needs to be changed...

    Its ok. Does a decent job of washing the Truck. First time visiting this place. Got the top package offered, "The WORKS". I have no idea if i got what i paid for. There is definitely no tire shine on my tires, none. The claim of being Spotless is absolutely incorrect, unless you want to pay extra $5 to get a towel to dry off your vehicle to get all the water left behind. Which now i have white water spots all over my black paint, because it felt like i was being taken advantage of to have to pay extra to actually be able to dry my truck on a "WORKS" package. Heres a suggestion: Every other place ive been to like this has towels to use. If you are having issues with towels walking off, then make it a deposit, not a charge. This a most basic thing to finish the job and should not be an upsell. Actually the most basic thing is having to not do it yourself, but this seems to be the new model of car wash service.
