Please choose another car wash Tommy express Will draft your membership fees from your account and then state it doesn’t reflect on their end which causes problems every time you go get a wash! It’s very embarrassing and a waste of your time especially when you have the receipt Of the payment!!!! There’s never any towels to dry your Vehicle and most of the time the mat Station isn’t working ! And please don’t call for any type of assist they’ll never come Never come it’s horrible here ! All the staff do is gaslight you and have no integrity!

They always have people walking around cleaning the place and helping customers. The car wash does a super job. I joined a year ago, and not disappointed. It’s a great car wash and great clean up service center. Go check them out on Hwy 1960.

The mat cleaner is the bomb! The reps always come around asking if you need anything, and Team member Colton has always been so polite and helpful! He goes up and beyond to help whatever I may need. He’s always looking out To help customers. Y’all have an awesome team there. Everyone is so nice! I highly recommend getting your car cleaned there. Go check it out on Hwy 1960 near Eldridge. Truly a great car wash station.

El personal es excelente. Todos son muy amables, atentos y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar. Hacen muy bien su trabajo y se nota el buen trato al cliente. Si pudiera, mencionaría a cada uno por nombre, porque todos hacen un gran trabajo. Lo único que considero que podrían mejorar es el área de aspiradoras y aire. Las aspiradoras ya no tienen suficiente fuerza; hacen ruido, pero no aspiran bien la basura. La pistola de aire también necesita más potencia o volumen para soplar mejor. Además, al lavar los tapetes, siento que falta más fuerza o quizás más jabón. Tengo que pasar los tapetes hasta siete u ocho veces para que se desprenda bien la tierra pegada, lo cual toma bastante tiempo. No sé si sea tema de mantenimiento o desgaste de las máquinas con el tiempo, pero es algo que valdría la pena revisar. Fuera de eso, todo lo demás está muy bien. Sigo viniendo porque me gusta el lugar y el servicio, y con esas mejoras sería todavía mejor.
